Although I loved the outcome of the nails themselves, the technician filed them so hard that he broke the skin made me bleed. All of my nails were also very tender and painful afterwards. Not to mention they charged me an additional £25 (so a total of £50!) for the gel polish which I think is extortionate. Overall not a comfortable experience as I felt I couldn’t speak up or advocate for a discount.
