I booked an appointment in advance and the therapist wasn't there. The others in the shop said she'd arrive 20mins after my appointment was due to begin. I couldn't wait.
They also said i'd receive a refund for this transaction but no one has refunded me.
Not only was i not able to get a wax, but i still have not received my money back.
Would definitely not recommend
