I felt like the person did not understand what i was asking from them, their English was very minimal and it was hard to explain what i wanted even after they seen the picture, they also charged me additionally as it is not clearly explained that if you want “full acrylic set” you need to pay extra for gel polish which i did not have to pay in other salons. The shape of the nails came out nothing to what i shown.
