I had a Brazilian Keratin treatment carried out by Ely on 28 May 2015. I was met immediately on arrival by a lovely, friendly lady who made me feel welcome and gave me coffee. I had my children with me and this didn't seem to be a problem at all, which is good for us busy mums. I have had keratin treatments before but this was by far the most thorough. I liked the way a lot of product was concentrated on my roots and then after, more product was applied to the ends. I also was put under a dryer for 20 mins and given a mask to wear without having to ask. Ely was very good at what she was doing and she was very thorough. I think that 75.00 is exceptionally good value for money, considering the time and effort put in. I have yet to wash my hair to see how good the result is but I can say that initially my hair feels exceptionally smooth and it looks shiny. I have seen people make comments about the salon itself and yes, it's not the Ritz but it's fine. It probably would have been difficult to find but I asked a cafe owner in the same road and he knew where it was. I will 100% return to this lovely, friendly salon and I would highly recommend.

A very professional service provided by extremely talented and skilled hairdressers. They impressed me with their easy going approach , whilst maintaining top level standards of service. They take pride in what they do and always meet your expectations. Friendly, approachable, relaxed staff, simply people that you'll enjoy being around. Highly recommended!

I am always warmly welcomed when I visit and always receive the best service. All stylists are extremely talented and can style the most diverse hair styles. I have always had trouble finding a hairdresser that can work with my hair as it is too coarse and frizzy for Caucasian hair salons and too soft for Afro Caribbean hair salons. Here my hair is welcomed and celebrated for what it is and the blow dry finish and final result never disappoints!
