arrived for my appointment on time, to be told they do not do makeup!! Poor customer service and very disappointed to have a big event later that day but no time to get my makeup done else where. I was advised to go to the nearest department store. Even though I received a confirmation email & text to advise of my appointment that day.

I had to wait for 40 minutes past my appointment time. I wasn't offered any water or anything, literally had to sit and wait with no apologies for lateness - 40 minutes!! The wax itself was terrible. I am physically damaged afterwards and in genuine pain still two days later. To add insult to physical injury the wax was very expensive.
