Had my hesitations as my hair is naturally very curly and fluffy, once they put treatment on and dried it was dead straight and so glossy (straighter than I could ever get it with my ghd’s) I have just today washed it (2 days after as they recommended) and it dried naturally very glossy and straight - I was expecting it to still be curly just less fluffy so I am over the moon that it has dried naturally straight. Made my life so much easier. Highly recommend
