Did not use heat protect spray on hair before using heated curling iron and consequently left my hair very dry

Staff very unpleasant. Not nice. Very cold. They don’t make you feel welcome at all. I spent £32 for a blow dry and when I asked the guy to do my fringe differently he got annoyed and was grumpy and even questioned the loyalty card that was given to me by the owner. Frankly they put me off going there again and it was the 4th time I was there cause it’s very close to my office.
