Super gentle with my hair which is full of extensions, I’ve never had a stylist take their time so much with it. It was exactly what I asked for and kept perfect for x3 days before needed wash again. My first time getting my hair done in London and I was absolutely go here again.

I arrived at the shop and it was shut with no notice to let me know someone was in. The stylist was not engaging. She never asked me how I would like my hair blow dried and proceeded to blow dry it in a flouncy style. I tried to tell her I wanted it straight but she didn’t listen. I presumed she would use straighteners after the blow dry but didn’t. I then had to pay extra which was not at all clear from the on line booking service. With hindsight I should have refused to pay any extra.
