The pricing on treatwell was unclear due to how the manager of salon set up, which felt misleading, and the manager’s attitude toward me and my friend was disappointing and not friendly. Elena did my hair and did a great job.

The worse blow dry and styling ive ever had. By the time I got home any curls that were there had fallen out. I sent photos to 2 of my friends and they both said I hope you didnt pay for that! unfortunately I did £50 down the drain.

The service itself was fine, however I was disappointed that my appointment took around 1.5 hours instead of the usual 40 minutes for a cut and dry. I was also unhappy that short layers were added despite me clearly saying I did not want layers. Unfortunately, my fringe does not look good either, which was upsetting. Overall, the extended appointment time and not having my request followed was the most frustrating part.
