I was apalled that mid-wax the clinican picked up her phone twice to book clients in on loud speaker with her gloves on and during my treatment!! barely spoke to me and didnt apologise. The venue was hard to find and a room in the basement of a pharmacy, bad overall experience, I would not go back!
