Bad manicure- varnish was put on so thick I had to wait 30 mins and it still wasn’t dry! She blamed it on the varnish.

When I arrived there had been a double-booking so I needed to wait for another member of staff. I had only booked 15min before the appointment though so it was hard to be too cross about this. I was happy with the colour for the manicure but the manicurist wasn't confident with the brand and had to check with a colleague multiple times about which products to use which made me slightly concerned. My nails have indeed chipped on the 2nd day. But, this really wasn't very expensive for a last-minute manicure in central London so while I wasn't wow-ed this was fine.
