After paying, I was handed a price-list and informed that if I had come directly and not through treatwell it would have been 40% cheaper. I was obviously annoyed at having to pay 40% more because of booking on treatwell. On top of this, usually the service is good not sure what got into the lady today and my eyebrows are now a zig-zag shape. Her response was that it'll grow back.
