Very enjoyable. The facial was very gentle and felt really nice, only rating 4 stars because there was no extraction-- something I would have wanted. There was no time being left alone for a long period with a facemask, which always feels like a cop-out from the spa in my opinion, but a very enjoyable scalp massage while a mask sit for a reasonable time at the end of the treatment.
