The therapist was abrupt and rude. I had to ask twice for her to turn down the heat on the wax because it was burning my skin and she repeatedly told me it wouldn’t get the hairs out of the wax was cooler. She kept telling me how long my hair was even though I had at least made an attempt to have a wax whilst all beauty salons were closed- it was a pandemic and I did my best with what I had!! I knew it was going to be a painful wax as the first after lockdown but she did NOT make this a nice one

I don’t think the colouring was great for my hair and had to wait 30 mins to discuss what I wanted and get into a discussion, didn’t have a great experience and was left disappointed

I asked to avoid to do LPG on my belly as I am quite sensitive and this causing me pain.
She insisted we need to proceed to do also belly.
The result? I had a very painful cystite with blood the day after.
I always have been a Client of this venue and I always have been happy however some therapist needs to arrange and craft the therapy with the client needs!
