Not the best experience ever, the lady to greet me was unwelcoming and the treatment was late to start. The eyebrow shape involve plucking only and no waxing which isn't great as I could have done this at home. Whilst the lady doing the treatment was friendly I felt the next day some hair was missed and the hair had been cut and not properly pulled from the root. Won't be rushing back.
