It was my second time in B&K for Hollywood waxing. This time was not the women, the waxing was ok, but nothing to compare with my last time.

Therapist Beiurata is great! Although she advised me against a microdermabrasion which is what I had originally booked, she gave me a good deep cleansing facial.

I was generally pleased with my pedicure. The therapist did a very good job and my feet are in a much better condition now. The only thing I would say negative is that there was no hot water to soak my feet in due to a broken boiler but the therapists did as much as they could to assist.

Very small and not impressive but amazing staff who were friendly and helpful and made the experience great. Good value for Central London...Very happy and will be back!
