Booked as a surprise birthday treat for my wife. Impressed and very appreciative that the owner managed to get a replacement consultant in at last minute due to absence as she appreciated this was a present. My wife loved the experience and had amazing nails for the Royal Albert hall that evening - thank you!

Average manicure without the regular massage. Over cut of cuticles and skin around which is now growing back in a horrible way.
