The salon and the treatments are always great, but lately they've been really unreliable with their booking system. Seems they are constantly changing or cancelling appointments at the last minute which is very frustrating. I had an appointment booked with them almost five weeks in advance and the day before, they called to tell me it was cancelled because the therapist was on holiday. Surely they would have known this for awhile and should have notified me earlier so that I could re-schedule. Hope things get better and this isn't a continued problem.
