I’ve been coming to Jenna for over 6 mths now, for my nails & my hair. She’s always cheerful & welcoming. She’s extremely knowledgeable & professional about what she’s doing & massively talented at her job. She has always done a consultation with me prior to everything. The salon is beautiful, warm & friendly! As for others implying that, the salon/utensils are unclean or, that you’d receive an amateur experience is utter nonsense!! You’re Amazing Jenna & my Go to Gal for all things beauty 💕

My worst ever haircut. Stylist was personable but skill level was rudimentary. She hacked then razored then chopped until I told her to stop and left in tears. It will take at least 6 months for my hair to grow back. I also disliked other clients’ hair being removed from utensils in front of me, which were not then cleaned, before use on my hair. Amateurish.

Second time having my nails done at Vici and is defo the place I will go from now on. Not only is the salon beautiful, but Jenna was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend
