Yet another superb appointment with Alex. I’ve been nursing a long term ankle injury & a severely tight right leg from heavy running and her treatments have helped extremely in releasing the tightness and assisting me in my rehabilitation. Highly recommend her service!!

Fantastic sports massage with Alex. I am a regular client of hers and she always demonstrates superb attentiveness in wanting to know my problem areas and getting to work with those. From the beginning she was very attentive in wanting to know the mains areas to work on in the sports massage then relaying what order she would work on these areas as well any other issues to round off the appointment.
