Superb appointment with Alex as expected. This session was focused around the legs and releasing a lot of tension around within the quads. Tension that has been built up over many’s years of running and playing football etc so was greatly appreciated. Legitimately cannot recommend this professional enough!!

Superb as always appointment with Alex. This session was centred around the legs primarily as I was returning from long term injury to playing football. Alex administered heavy duty deep tissue work on all through the legs to release heavy tension & get the recovery started for my next game/training session. Highly appreciated & highly recommended.
