Superb appointment with Alex. This session was focused around a recurrent left shoulder/trap issue. Alex helped release the tension within that area and the surrounding muscles to help continue my path to rehabilitation. Highly appreciated & recommended!

I had a sweeedish massage which I enjoyed the therapist was lovely. My husband had the deep tissue massage which he found painful later on during the day.
