The vibro suite is a great place to visit. The staff are all friendly and courteous. The therapist in the gym was very knowledgeable and helpful. The massage following the session in the gym was very relaxing. Very good value for money.

i used the Vibro plates and oh my god they are amazing! The flab shakes but it good shaking and the results will come a day or two after, but at first it feels weird but you will get used to it. The venue is very modern and upbeat- I love it and will definately return, I can't wait!

Had the best back massage ever. Really relaxing and really got into all those knots that had been haunching me up. Very friendly staff and very clean and tidy - would love to visit again.

whilst a little difficult to locate first time around (look out for the yellow fronted newsagents!!), the staff were excellent (came out onto the street to find me when I called to say I was a little lost!) and I loved the ambiance of the place. It has a wonderful, relaxing vibe, the staff were friendly, helpful and informative, and the treatment was excellent value for money.

I had a little difficulty finding the place from the map on the Treatwell voucher but once there my experience was great. The surroundings were excellent and conducive to a relaxing experience and my therapist gave an excellent massage wiuth just the right pressure to try and relieve my knotted muscles. I left feeling very relaxed and calm.
