Nice ambience, the sport massage was good. The facilities could be better, the music played was a bit strange. Overall was good, will go back.

It was ok but both treatments started late which meant we felt like we were rushing. My manicure wa late because there were people using the room it was only when I said I needed to be out swiftly afterwards that they instigate moving the guests out if the nail bar.
Whilst waiting in the reception area there were dirty cups and no clean ones to make use of the water tower- which was ok because someone offered to get a drink for me but it was just all a bit sloppy.
Was fine but frustrating.

Nice treatment, well presented spa , helpful staff. Products used were lovely, would recommend to a friend and probably return at some point

The treatment I had was marvellous and probably the best massage I have ever had. The products felt lovely and my therapist was very professional and made me feel special. There was no hard sell to but products but I will definitely be a repeat customer of the body exfoliation.

I was delighted to get a last minute booking for a body exfoliation and although my appointment was re-scheduled for a little later in the day, communication with the venue manager was perfect. I was upgraded to the champagne and caviar treatment and I honestly have to say this was the best massage I have ever had. My therapist was polite and respectful and I felt like I had been polished by angels at the end of my treatment. There was no hard sell to buy skin products or anything else. In fact, I was interested in booking time for vibro-plate training but the man in charge was too busy to speak to us or book us in. However, overall I loved my treatment at this lovely spa and I hope to book back in for an exfoliation again in future.
