Normally the service is great. However my massage was below par - room was cold, the masseuse didn't offer refreshments and after my massage I didn't even get the chance to sit down but was pretty much shown to the door. The massage itself was ok - didn't concentrate on the specified areas as I requested. Will go back but not to this masseuse.

Staff pleasant and polite. Ambience a little less than perfect as could hear phone at reception ringing. Asked for firm pressure during massage - overall got it right but a little too hard in areas (bruised next day)

First time I had a Lushly Polynesian Foot Ritual Pedicure (in 2016), Michale made me feel like I was on cloud 9. I went back today and everything was just so rushed and not even completed that I've now decided to invest in foot spa equipment at home and will take care of my feet myself. Paid for the top Pedicure treatment and what I got was a 2 minute soak, basic cuticle work, nail polish and then a little oil. Not value for money this time around I'm afraid. Sad, I really enjoyed going there every other month to look after my feet.

The masseuse was lovely. She asked me how much pressure I wanted and stuck with that throughout the full 30 minutes. The venue was very clean and created a very relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely come again.
