The staff were great, the atmosphere and facilities top notch. By admission of the manager they don't do many manicures so I can't fault them for doing their best. My hands feel smooth and well looked after but the shape and polish weren't the standard I expected. My manicurist was inexperienced but has a lot of potential to be fantastic.

Honestly the best massage I've ever had in my life. Like THE BEST!!!!! service was 10/10. Just wish i lived in Birmingham so I could get the masssges often
