I had a 40 minute treatment with Alex. The treatment was lovely and I've got to say Alex totally made it for me - she put me totally at ease straight away and we had a lovely conversation as she sorted me out. This was my first body scrub experience and I will definitely be going back. It's a great venue and being so close to the city centre is absolutely delightful. Highly recommend!

I expected a sunbed where i could lay down instead of a small cabine where i needed to stand.
Not as relaxing as I expect from a massage session , the ambience wasn't great , because the light was too bright , music a bit loud, the massage room was cold, I had to tell the therapist that I was cold, her hands were cold when she started massaging me, she didn't put enough oil, so my skin was getting irritated , I asked her to insist on my lower back as well as my upper back, but she barely touched my lower back. It wasn't a relaxing time because I couldn't wait for it to finish. I normally don't like to leave bad reviews , but given all the good reviews that I have seen I wanted to give it a try, I won't be going back to this venue. I will go to my usual one which much more comfortable and relaxing, they just didn't have any appointments available until January.
last thing , usually the massaging room smells really nice for relaxing purposes, this one did not smell bad, but it didn't have any kind of a spa smell . very disappointed.
