Place too dimly lit in areas where good visibility would be useful. Toilet seat not fixed on properly. No bin in toilet area. No paper towels or hand dryer, just a rolled towel between the 2 sinks which seemed to have been used already, damp from previous use. Mirrors too high up on the wall.
All towels were a dark colour and didn't smell fresh. Made me feel like they were dark to hide soil, being reused between clients without being washed.

Made to feel very comfortable and staff very personable. Massage was amazing- great pressure. Will be going again.
I feel really bad leaving this, however, avoid lash extensions in this place. I do my eyelashes frequently, know exactly the length I use etc. I told master exactly what I wanted (for me it’s 10mm, I like natural looking extensions). But ended up with lashes of RIDICULOUS length! They were touching my eyebrows and I don’t think I’ve ever been as dissapointed with the results, especially considering I told exactly the length I wanted to use.
I had to do a terrible thing and cut the extensions almost in half, because I just couldn’t leave the house like that.
Also, importantly, the lashes 2D, each 2 eyelashes are attached not to 1, but to a couple of lashes. This is a really bad practice and results in you loosing lashes.
Highly dissatisfied 😔.

Really good massage with Alex, very relaxing and my shoulders feel so much better already.
