Great deep tissue massage treatment. Explained my tension points and always asked about my pain tolerance as these types of massages can test your limits. Was quite sore after but I had a very tight upper back muscles and quite a few knots that will take several sessions to deal with. I felt I could trust the advice given and have another treatment booked already with Alex.
