I had a facial and deep tissue massage. The massage was one of the best I had in a long time. The therapist was really knowledgeable and focus on the areas where I need it the most using pressure points. I am sore today but she hit all the right spots and feel much needed relieved today. Alex was very friendly and also suggested some stretches to prevent muscle tightness.
