Alexandra was amazing!! She really tailored my massage to what I wanted after our chat at the start which was fantastic. My back and shoulders felt amazing afterwards - was so pleased with the massage. Thank you :)

Really like this place usually and the Alex I usually get my waxing from wasn’t available today. Unfortunately the other Alex did a very rushed job and was keen on just finishing the treatment, it was pretty awkward as I had to ask if she would finish the treatment after she had left the room. The manager however handled the situation very professionally hence why I think it’s only fair to give 4 stars despite the awkward experience.
