Absolutely loved my sports massage with Alex. I had 30 mins session before the lockdown and had to book another one after lockdown for an hour because it was that good!! Alex was very kind and reassuring and it was a lovely, relaxing experience.

Excellent massage focussing on my shoulders which have been tense for several years, Alex eased out some of the knots and all being well will be back in December to continue working on them.
