Good massage although not a very welcoming experience getting to the room (no waiting area and very formal). Then had to keep latex gloves on throughout the massage - so it stays COVID safe but something to be aware of when booking. Thank you

Sadly we didn't get to use the facility as our appointment was cancelled by the venue less than 24hrs before we were due to arrive. The woman who called to cancel the booking seemed to find it funny. I found her to be rude and unhelpful I therefore decided not to reboot with them and go elsewhere where the customer is valued and the staff act professionally. The venues loss not mine
