Customer service appears to have gone downhill since I last visited. No one asked my name, didn’t fill in a health questionnaire, so it felt quite impersonal. There was no pre massage discussion, offer of any drinks etc. Appreciate the pandemic has changed how businesses operate but I’m not sure this is the way forward. After coming here for many years, I won’t be coming back.

Superb technique & skill exhibited from Alex. From the beginning of the massage she zeroed in on the core things that I wanted to work on and immediately got to work in releasing those areas. Specially my rear shoulder & legs, high quality & highly recommended!
