The receptionist when I arrived was very rude and not interested and didn't make my coffee when my hair stylist asked. But, as soon as I met my stylist she was just fantastic 10/10 she asked in detail what I wanted, gave me advice, showed me pictures. And my hair turned out better than I could ever imagine!!! Best colourist I've been to, plus super friendly and felt at ease the entire time.
