I went there for many times already. The staffs are very friendly, they always provide some sweets and drink, such as tea or coffee, when we are waiting for treatment .Microdermabrasion was one unique experience, like in the best spas. Now they have a very experienced nail technique, her designs and nail extension skills are amazing. I will recommend all of my friends go to there to do treatments, including nails and 3D eyelash extensions!

I have been coming to Viauty since it first opened and the level of service has never dropped. All three of the girls are excellent! I've had a treatment with all of them and the value vs service is incredible. Really recommend coming here as they are all lovely and the prices are amazing. Vera has always been incredibly accommodating to any of my needs which makes it my first choice to book in London!

Terrible customer service. Late to start the appointment, verbally aggressive to clients. Charged an extra £20 on top of treatment charge and not told about it until finished. Worst experience I've ever had.
