I was very put off when the lady kept complaining about my short nails. That is not an excuse to do a sloppy job and it is unprofessional to place the blame on me for not having longer ones. Instead of relaxing and enjoying the service, I was made to feel that I had to apologize for making it hard to do my manicure. I even tried to suggest ways she could do a more precise job even though I felt that as the nail technician she should have been doing this anyway.
I felt disappointed by the quality and the way I was treated-I don't think I'll be coming back.
