Claudia is amazing! Really pleased with the results of my balayage and haircut. She was very straight talking and told me what would and wouldn't work for my hair. She took her time and was very friendly. I'll definitely be back.

I was disappointed by the quality of the waxing - she had to use tweezers to pluck many stray hairs from my brows and lips (which has never happened before!). If I'd wanted to pluck, I could have done that at home! She also left my brows oddly flat and not very well shaped.
