It was my second time for shellac manicure in this salon ( with a different master though), but the result was same great. Very professional and quick. Victoria suggested a beautiful red color and I am very satisfied with the result!

The waxing took way too long (one hour for arms) whereas everywhere else I've been it has taken 10 to 15 minutes. Also, the wax didn't seem to take off all the hairs out, which has never happened to me before. This resulted to the therapist to have to redo the same area again and again. As a result, the skin of certain parts of my arm came off the next day. Further, despite me telling the therapist that I wanted my arm waxed up to a certain point she disregarded my request and applied the wax way beyond the point I wanted her to. After I didn't let her do the same to my other arm she made an unprofessional comment on my hair growth and how she thought it wouldn't look good unless she removed everything. I wouldn't recommend or return to this salon.
