I did waxing last night at Viauty and the experience was amazing! They offer fantastic service, the staff is very friendly and efficient. Perhaps the best thing is they open till 8pm, so I could book after my office hours, which adds greatly convenience to my busy life, really appreciated their customer-centric attitude.

The staff was nice however I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the service provided. The spray did go after 2 days and I didn't feel it was brown enough to make a difference.

Lady who did my lashes completely not interested in the client, she behaved like she was doing me a favour. Lashes themselves looked good once applied but throughout their 'lifetime' I've noticed they would often fell out with two or three of my lashes stuck to them. The final nail to the coffin was when I went to have them removed (somewhere else). They were applied way too close to the lash line. Removal was painful and left my lashes damaged due to this and perhaps poor application. Maybe I got the technician on the bad day as she's got a lot of positive reviews, or perhaps for £60 with russian volume you can't expect much and other people are happy with bad technique.
