The salon was really busy with only one member of staff doing all the hair appointments which lead to a delay. As the bookings were very tight I didn't get a blow dry with my colour, just a rough dry. The staff were really lovely and friendly and I was very happy with my colour.

I've been in this place before for a massage and the staff and the treatment were excellent. I'm very disappointed though after the manicure treatment.
I didn't realise i had booked for an express one and as soon as I realised she was starting applying nail polish without doing a proper manicure I asked if it was possible to change it into a "non express one" she answered straight she had no time . After that she put a protein nutrient?polish which gave me a very burning sensation I was in pain and she didn't even say I'm sorry . I know it's not her fault ( probably- if you see wounds you shouldn't go with irritating product right on it!) but not even a sorry!!and last but not least she had no idea what a French manicure is so just followed my instructions without offering first to try on one finger and see.. the result wasn't good at all and she also charged me 5 pounds more!( because a French is a French..) . Not anymore.
