Andrew is a brilliant hairdresser. He understands how my hair grows and is able to do a fantastic blow dry. The colour he used to liven up my hair is an excellent choice
location is not very convenient to get to from only 2 miles away. Staff is friendly and place is clean. No massage chairs while getting a pedi. Hard skin back within 24 hours as removal isn't deep enough.
Will not take extra care for any Extra dry skin spots and was told to go see a dr instead. Other salons do try to help out with blisters and painful dry skin on feet.
I was surprised by the fact that
if the choice isn't for a Gel pedi than
the nail color selection is very limited and poorly displays (old and dry polishes in a messy plastic basket hidden in cupboard handed for me to pick from)
Explained by the manager that only 10% of customers now request a regular polish and that's why they do not offer a wider range. The advice was to bring my own polish next time to the salon.
If the service for a regular pedi (not Gel) is provided than minimal basic colors of polish selection should be included when paying so much for 1 treatment.
The feeling was that unless a costumer gets Gel (a more expensive option)
than the salon is not obligated to supply you with any regular polish color choice options. That's not really something I'd expect from a high end salon in Chelsea.
