As always, the owner is very nice and smiling. The hair colour is good, but i was passed on to the receptionist for shampoo and rough dry my hair. She is not trained to do any of these so I got all wet when she washed my hair, not happy too how she dried my hair. And when i said i was not happy with the service, i was blamed because i did not book for a proper blow dry. I explained that i don't need a proper blow dry, rough dry is fine with me as long as it's done properly. Maybe next time, don't attend to 2 clients at the same time.

The massage was fantastic Renata is a good therapist absolutely 5star the professionalism and I really enjoyed the massage it was well needed , I will be booking more at this venue.
