The place is very very nice, spacious and cosy but also clean and professional. I got there 10 minutes in advance so during my wait I had the chance to speak with some of the staff, they offered me drinks, chatted about the treatment I booked, they're all very nice. My eyelashes technician was incredibly thorough and gentle. I have delicate skin and eyes, so she really was able to make my experience enjoyable. She also gave me lots of info about how to make the eyelashes last the longest and get the best result. Vera(manager), on the other side, really surprised me when she approached me before the treatment, showing me her eyelashes extensions that I was going for, to make sure I would be happy with the result at the end of the treatment. She was utterly charming. Highly recommend this place! I'll definitively go back
