The therapist was nice and salon is pleasant.. however, I’m sorry but this is not what I expected.
I’ve had dermalogica extraction facials numerous times before and they were never like this. Facial was extremely painful and only about 2 products used. No actual ‘facial’ really took place. Then whilst the mask was on, I was left in a brightly lit room whilst the therapist went and had a chat for 15mins (which I could hear). Usually this is when you have a head and shoulder massage to compliment the treatment. I also have a red graze looking mark on the end of my nose due to the extraction that I hope heals okay as it looks awful. Wouldn’t recommend.
