Viauty got in touch the week before my appointment to reschedule it a few hours later on the chosen day, and given the notice, I was perfectly happy to do so. Yet on the day of the appointment itself, they contacted me once again to ask me to come later still. Since I had no other choice, I accepted. I appreciated the efforts to make up for the inconvenience, and while I understand that appointments sometimes do overrun, it would be adviseable to schedule in some leeway time into the appointments/on the system, to avoid leaving other clients in future waiting longer than they should.
Having said that, I am happy with the haircut itself and the professionalism of the staff at Viauty. They are attentive to your wishes and give you the guidance you need.
