Vera was great. She recommended a different treatment to what I booked and gave me the chance to read about it before deciding. Also offered me tea before and after the treatment. The microneedling didn't hurt at all thanks to the numbing cream. The peel was a little uncomfortable but was expected. Followed by a calming mask and LED light therapy. Will be going back for my next session soon :)
