I recently visited Viauty, before booking my appointment. Vera, the owner, wasn't there but she called me at home that evening to talk through the treatment. I made a booking. When I arrived I completed a medical form and was taken to the treatment room. I was anxious so Vera stayed with me throughout and it wasn't scary at all. She talked me through the process. The treatment experience was 5 star. It will take a few weeks/ couple of months to see the results so can't comment on that yet, but first-class service up til now. :)
