Didn't bother with small talk with the client.instead was busy chatting to mates about taking drugs. Never asked if I wanted a drink or a magazine while my colour was setting. When I got home discovered my hair had been bleached within an inch of its life.

I again wanted my back, chest, legs and arms fully waxed.
V is a very friendly person, easy to get on with, professional and put me at ease within a very short time as per the first time I visited. She is very chatty, keen attention to detail, a lovely person.
