I had booked in for 'Top Highlights' not having had highlights before. From the Treatwell website I found this meant the same as half head highlights. I realised half way through the treatment this only meant your parting therefore I can't change my parting and one side has highlights whereas the other doesn't so I can't put my hair half up....
Apart from this the girl who did my hair was really nice and chatty, she was very helpful and I would go to her again. The salon was clean and staff were friendly.
There is also a £10 extra charge for toner on top of what was shown on the vouchers therefore I was a bit disappointed I wasn't advised of this when booking. It would help if more information was provided on the treatment and any extra charges which would apply.

Extremely friendly staff, great customer service, best wax I've ever had! I've already re-booked my next session. This is the only salon where I feel like I actually want to go back to. They seem to really care about their clients and offer advice on any questions. Love it 👍
