The treatwell booking system did not highlight to the salon that that I specifically required a shaved hairstyle for my daughter. The stylist could therefore not use the clippers which was disappointing. The stylist herself was lovely and did everything she could to still provide a really good service and I was happy with the haircut she gave my daughter. When we first arrived for our appointment the salon was closed with the shutters down which was a bit stressful.

Staff were a bit put out when we arrived for the pre booked and paid for appointmen as we weren’t expected. Was told that the Treatwell app doesn’t synch with their diary. Daughter got her hair cut in the end and staff made up for the awkward start.
